Return and refund policy
At Groupe National Hino Rive-Sud, we are committed to customer satisfaction. Our return and refund policy is designed to offer clear, fair solutions that comply with the laws applicable in Quebec and Canada. Please read the following conditions carefully before proceeding with any return or refund request.
1. General conditions of return
1.1 Eligibility of returns
The following items can be returned:
Unused spare parts in their original condition.
Products still in their original packaging, with all accessories, manuals and labels.
The following items are not eligible for return:
Electrical or electronic parts already installed.
Customized or personalized products.
Promotional or clearance items (except in the case of defects).
1.2 Return time
Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of the order.

Before returning a product, you must obtain a return authorization by contacting our customer service department via :

Once authorization has been obtained, you will be provided with a return authorization number (RMA). This number must be clearly marked on the packaging of the returned product.
2. Return procedure
2.1 Packing and shipping
Products must be carefully packaged to prevent damage in transit.
Returns must include a copy of the invoice or purchase receipt.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in the case of defective products or errors on our part.
2.2 Return address

2.3 Inspection and processing
Once the product is received, it will be inspected to verify its eligibility for return.
If the return is accepted, a refund or exchange will be processed within 14 working days.
3. Refund policy
3.1 Refund conditions
Refunds are made only for eligible products returned in their original condition.
Initial shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the event of an error on our part.
3.2 Method of repayment
The refund will be made via the same method of payment used at the time of purchase.
A refund confirmation will be sent by e-mail once processing is complete.
3.3 Special cases
Defective or damaged products: If a product is received defective or damaged, contact our customer service department within 48 hours of receipt. A prepaid shipping label will be provided for the return.
Order error: In the event of an error on our part (incorrect product or quantity), we will cover all return and shipping costs.
4. In-store returns
Products purchased online can be returned directly to our factory located at 1366 Rue Volta, Boucherville, J4B 6G6.
Identification and the purchase invoice are required to process the return.
5. Exclusions and limitations
Products not returned within the specified time or not conforming to our policy will not be accepted.
Groupe National Hino Rive-Sud reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with these conditions.
Customers are responsible for the risks involved in transporting returned products.
